About Wendy Scott Fletcher

Many of my clients ask me what I do to prepare for my day. I believe the most important thing I can do is set an intension. As soon as I start to stir, I declare, " Remember to make it fun, Wendy," which always puts a smile on my face, and smiling, even a little, changes our chemistry. Even when I wake up cranky, I know I can change that in an instant.

Next, I state, "May I be led to meet or talk to the people I am meant to." Then I say the following I took from  Steven Lives by Anne Puryear, page 44:

"I ask for the highest spiritual guidance to come through. I ask to be protected by the White Light and to be a clear pure channel of Truth. May all things I receive be helpful and hopeful."

Currently, I am working on a couple of my issues, so I include these: "My intension is to follow through; See another person's point of view; See the many ways to accomplish something; Release and let go."

At the end of the day I am grateful for the day and the people who have come into my life, even the ones who showed up to teach me or reinforce a lesson. I lovingly release anyone I have encountered. I ask my guides and angels to help me release anything that needs to be released, as I take a deep breath above my head and then feel that breath cascade down my body and out my toes. NOTE: YOUR GUIDES AND ANGELS CANNOT HELP YOU UNLESS YOU ASK FOR HELP.

Lately, many Lightworkers I know have been guided to rest. So, if you feel inclined to rest, give yourself permission to do so. It's important.

Never give up. Never.
